HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?

To purchase a product on our site, simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size required and click 'add'.You can then go back and add additional items to your cart or click on the cart button which appears once you add your item. Your cart is always located at the very top right of the site.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR SOLD OUT?

Unfortunately popular items sell out quickly, however, if the item you are after has been sold out, we might be able to get it for you

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING BE AND PACKAGING COST?
We charge a flat rates for different regions, simply select your country while placing your order

WHICH POSTAGE COMPANY DO YOU USE?
Within Australia Registered Australia Post, worldwide we use EMS couriers. You will need to sign on delivery, so please ensure you or someone else is at the address during the day to sign for the package.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HOME WHEN MY SHOES ARRIVE
If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office for pick up. 
We recommend sending to your work address if you have one, there’s probably someone there during the day, and you can show your new shoes off to all your workmates.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Within Australia usually 5 working days (usually less)... Worldwide 5 to 12 days depending on your region.
